Information handled by the app
The app requires no account and includes no advertising or analytics SDK, or transmission to a developer-operated server. Sound, haptic and language preferences, acknowledgement of the first notice, and values used to order device commands remain in the app's local storage. The app does not measure or record actual compressions or patient health information.
iPhone and Apple Watch
Connected devices use Apple's WatchConnectivity to exchange start/stop state, guidance settings, elapsed time, and temporary session and message identifiers. The app does not send this guidance state to a developer server. Devices may continue independently when disconnected.
Retention and deletion
You can change preferences in the app. Deleting the app from each device removes that app's local storage. Operating-system backups and diagnostics are subject to Apple's settings and policies. The app has no account or patient records held by the developer.
Support enquiries
When you contact support, the contact details and information you choose to send are used to investigate issues, respond and correct guidance. Do not send patient names, health information, photographs or call records. Enquiry information is deleted when its purpose has been fulfilled, unless applicable law requires retention for a specified period. Use the same support contact to request access, correction or deletion of your enquiry information.
External services and this website
This policy covers the Just CPR app and enquiries sent directly to the operator. Server access logs for this website depend on the hosting environment. You can use the support contact below for questions about website privacy. External sites opened from the app, including guideline sources, have their own operators' policies. The app can open the Phone app and does not access call contents.
